Yes of course everything is permitted.
This would include Paul Martin's statement that "come Hell or highwater" cronyism would be abolished from the federal civil service.
Well PM Paul Martin should be more judicious about what he prays for as we have now had high water in last December's tsunami and New Orleans, now again with Houston.
Would he like HELL delivered by UPS or FEDEX?

Other than that it isn't American, is your preference for Canada Post because it is reliable or because it isn't?
