I am an ordinary Canadian, with good insight into government policies.
I support no particular party and do change my vote from time to time.
Even though, I am fed up with politicians, with all parties, in fact I like the Green Party.

Neither the Block or the NDP, or even the liberals, get to vote on everything in
Parliament. So many conservatives policies will stick. So why they called an
Election at a cost of 250 million, will lead us to another if the PCs win, or if
There is another minority.

However, the polices of Harper has not changed,
he has misrepresented his policies or lie, in fact the PC that come to your door have a list of items they can discuss, this is primarily deceptive of their real policies.
(The PC leader, or other politicians, train in the U.S. and it works something like this:
Tell the people what they want to hear.
do not tell them what you will do (best to lie because
if you tell the truth you will never get elected)
when in power proceed with your own policies.
(believe it or not this information right out of the mouth of conservatives)
Everything I report about the conservatives has come out of the mouth of conservatives, high up the ranks.

Pensions
The CPP/QPP - Under the conservatives the CPP/QPP is only for current retirees, as soon as the PC are in power, they will eliminate company and employee contributions, it will not be their for future retirees. Countries around the world admire this plan, and want to copy.
The conservatives will bring in another pension, that in my opinion without going into a lot of detail, will serve the richest in this country, leaving the many retirees depending on the government.
(In parliament they said the CPP/QPP was a tax burden for employees and the employer)

They will not keep the age at 65 for those who retire at that age, they will move it up to 70. So provinces will be further burden to pay out social assistance to those individuals or families will have to support them. (report to CARP)

The PC said that only the lowest income seniors would receive the OAS, I and many other retirees should be worried, taking away the OAS will force many seniors into social housing. (On their web page early this year) Social Housing which the CP do not intend to support.

When the PC said they are protecting pensions, ha ha,
in order to secure pensions you must regulate, only the
NDP said they would do that. The conservatives said they would give a higher tax deduction to those receiving RSPs,
(I think its a good move on their part), and would not
claw back the GIS (for the lowest income seniors) another
good move on part of the PC.

But on the other hand they are clawing back the OAS, and
canceling the CPP/QPP for the future. Relatives that pay into this plan who are still in their 30s, are not pleased, they expect to have this plan when they retire, and call the conservatives thieves of their funds, and future pension . This plan pays the widows pension and the CPP disability

A number of insiders in the conservative party in the past year, gave a very clear picture of where the conservatives are taking us. Including the Canadian Tax Federation, the Religious Fundamentalists, local interviews with some of their best people.

The PC will let provinces keep more of their tax dollars.
That is it. No more money will follow, (except for
health care, hopefully). Each province will have to take on
housing issues, social assistance programs, education, immigration, etc. What I am trying to say is that the responsibilities of the federal government will pass to the provincial governments. This means that any taxes
we save federally, may increase provincially, for e.g.
municipalities may raise property taxes, water taxes, etc.
provincially if provinces do not raise their taxes, their will be no money for social assistance, or housing.

I believe that lack of social funding will create more crime,
desperate people will do desperate things. A need for more food banks, and social housing.

Drug programs for low income individuals, comes out of federal funding for social assistance.

In all of Harpers announcements have been about tax credits, they do not believe in handing out money, in fact I heard a member of the conservative party say, that the OAS was a handout, well let me tell you that we pay for that through our taxes, and any institution you work for helps out as well.

Central Mortgage and Housing funds many programs, with federal funding assistance. That will be canceled by the Conservatives.

THEY DO NO SUPPORT ONE SINGLE SOCIAL PROGRAM. NOT EVEN THE BASIC PROGRAMS.

The only reason they are providing tax credits for parents, is because there is a number of young families in the PC party.
Otherwise not even that would exist. Mothers on social assistance, would not benefit from this plan, provinces would claw back social assistance when they receive
funding from other sources)

I studied to be an Early Child Education Teacher back in the 70's, and took course at the University of Ottawa, I learned
that children learn best before the age of 3, especially language, I believe that children deserve that chance, what they learn at that age sets them up for life. It is so important. My niece pays $1000 a month per child to keep her children in daycare. I did not initially support a daycare plan, but I sure do support early childhood education, that will be a benefit of that program.

Second, these important members and supporters of the PC party have reported that: If they lower the taxes enough,
Canadians could pay for American Style Health Care Clinics and Insurance policies. This message came from E. Levant, and the Canadian Tax Federation.
That reduction is much too low.

Next, a member of the Canadian Tax Federation that works with the PC, and had a look at their policies, linked out the exact percent of tax reduction as E. Levant, had suggested.

It is not up to me to reveal the percentage, it is up to the conservatives, but they seem afraid
To tell Canadians where they are taking us with taxes. I can tell you its very low for the highest income earner (which is why I believe the OAS will be clawed back), and the rate I heard makes me wonder how long they will support Health Care in this country. Tax breaks for those earning
Less that 36,000 will get no tax break from the conservatives.

Since Mr. Harper has presented his Health Care Plan, he has stated that Privatization must exist if we are to have a Health Care System in this country. (I say, maybe if we all paid premiums like we did in the early 80's that is a far better idea). These clinics will be American, because his minister running in Etobicoke, not only said they would be, but that we had no choice, because many provinces do not have the money to set up their own clinics. These clinics will be expensive, and only those who can pay, will get the service. Also if they allow in those HMO
They will be able to prevent Canadians from using these clinics without insurance.

Do you want a prime minister and a party that will become known at the biggest liars in parliament?

Next, when the CPs are attacked they put a steel rail around them, and protest their innocence's. Like McKay when the RCMP went after him - he called them crooks)

A call from a first Nations Person in Alberta, said that Harper will take their land rights away. Indians in Alberta own half the land, and also have oil on those lands.
The PC do not like unions, no telling what they will do to them.
Mr. Harper wants to bring back capital punishment.

His ideas on crime, leave a lot to be desired, since he is supported by the National Rifle Association. More prisons, will mean higher provincial taxes to built them.
However, I do support throwing murders in jail and tossing the key.

The PC funding has come from American Religious Fundamentalists, who have invaded our churches and tell them that the Liberals are the dark side of Canada, and we must get rid of them. Although, I agree with the social policies of the religious right. I do not agree that they should be mixed up in politics. I also believe it is illegal for Americans to be funding Canadian politicians.
