Exclusive, must credit blog quebecois!
I, too, have my sources in the Liberal war room. This is from the second wave of Liberal ads, expected in the next week:
Mother Nature at her most lyrical -- it is as if the woodsy sprite is in thrall to the music of the celestial spheres. Dance, little ballerina, dance! Will Stephen Harper send soldiers to kill this tree if he is elected? He won't say.
Soldiers. In Canada. With bullets.
We're not making this up.
Choose your Canada.
Vote Liberal.

I wouldn't put it past him, but would be Harper supporters really ought to Google Harper and the National Citizens Coalition and some of his right wing beliefs. This was part of a speech he made to a right wing US think tank in 1997.
"For years, we elected Quebec prime ministers to deal with that, Quebec prime ministers who were committed federalists who would lead us out of the wilderness. For years, we have given concessions of various kinds of the province of Quebec, political and economic, to make them happier."
Now if I was from Quebec, I would be insulted. It would behoove anyone tempted to vote for the conservatives to google some of Harpers past associations. I don't believe a leopard changes his spots permanently just because he is elected.

Where, exactly, is Harper's analysis incorrect?
We've been waiting lo these many years -- Trudeau, Chretien, Martin -- for some French-Canadian Moses to lead us from the wilderness with what result? Gilles Duceppe with ~50% of the vote.
Time to give the other guys a shot. And yes, I'm fully familiar with Harper's scary scary google record. It doesn't scare me nearly as much as the thought of electing those Liberal creeps yet again.
BTW, lovely pictures on your blog.

As Stephen Harper has said himself as recently as yesterday, people's outlooks change as they gain life experience.
I have to agree, time to change the approach in Quebec that has so far been a lesson in futility.
You have some fantastic photos on your site lilwater!
