Google Earth is watching.
A commenter in Digg (lost the link, and am not inclined to track it down again) places it in Amsterdam, close to the Den Haag Central Station, the Dutch Houses of Parliament and the Mauritshuis art gallery.
Warning: Link is maybe NSFW, as it contains a tiny naked woman, or man in a Speedo suit, or maybe a blow-up doll.

The privacy aspect of Google Earth was bound to surface eventually. I visited a friend in Paris this summer and used Google Maps to locate his place. You can clearly see the patio umbrellas on the street outside his place. At the Eiffel Tower, you can see individual people standing in line. It is truly amazing.
Curiously, the level of detail for Toronto and other city centres in Canada seem to be considerable less. In particular, the satellite shots of my neighbourhood of High Park seems to be purposely blurred. I suspect the Canada geese in Grenadier pond must be working undercover on a matter of national importance.

Actually, part of the larger version of that picture is pixellated out. Apparently it's the International Court for Justice. We wouldn't want the Serbs to get a clear look at it, eh?
